Keto Pancakes
Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Pinch Salt
- 1/2 TbspĀ Coconut Powder
WET INGREDIENTS
- 1 Egg
- 1/8 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Tbsp Thick Cream
Directions
- Combine all dry ingredients and set aside
- Melt the butter in a bowl
- Combine all wet ingredients
- Make a well in the dry ingredients, pour in the wet mixture and mix well
- Cook on a medium heat inĀ a buttered pan
Notes:
If not salted butter, add some salt to the wet ingredients
