Ingredients

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 TbspĀ Coconut Powder

WET INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/8 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Thick Cream

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside
  2. Melt the butter in a bowl
  3. Combine all wet ingredients
  4. Make a well in the dry ingredients, pour in the wet mixture and mix well
  5. Cook on a medium heat inĀ a buttered pan

Notes:

If not salted butter, add some salt to the wet ingredients
