Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken tenders

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • cooking spray

Directions

  • Preheat your airfryer to 190 degrees C

  • In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper.

  • Dip each chicken tender in the honey butter mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.

  • Roll the coated tenders in breadcrumbes, pressing gently to adhere.

  • Lightly spray the airfryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the tenders in a single layer. Air fry for 10 - 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
