In a frypan, heat oil over a medium heat. Add sausages, poke with a fork to allow oils to escape. Turn reguarly, until just done. Remove from pan and set aside. Cut into bite sized pieces
In the same pan, add the remaining oil, garlic and sliced onions. Saute until translucent
Add the curry powder to the pan and cook for 1 minute
Add all cooked ingredients to the slow cooker, along with beef stock, cream and tomato paste. Stir well to combine.
Cook on auto for a minium of 2 hours - longer if you can
