Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 packet lite jelly
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 50g cream cheese
- 300ml cream
- 120g almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 60g butter melterd
Directions
- Combine the melted butter, almond flour and coconut together
- Press into a lined dish and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden. Let cool
- Dissolve the jelly crystals into the 1/4 cup boiling water. Let cool
- Beat the cream, cream cheese and cooled jelly together
- Pour onto the cooled base
- Refridgerate until set
