Ingredients

  • 1 packet lite jelly
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 300ml cream
  • 120g almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 60g butter melterd

Directions

  1. Combine the melted butter, almond flour and coconut together
  2. Press into a lined dish and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden. Let cool
  3. Dissolve the jelly crystals into the 1/4 cup boiling water. Let cool
  4. Beat the cream, cream cheese and cooled jelly together
  5. Pour onto the cooled base
  6. Refridgerate until set
