Keto Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt mozzarella, about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  3. Add almond flour, salt, gralic powder, chilli powder and a few cracks of black pepper. Knead dough with hands a few times till a smooth ball forms.
  4. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out unto a rectangle 1/8 inch thick. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut into triangles.
  5. Spread chips out on prepared baking sheets and bake until edges are golden and starting to crisp. 12 to 14 minutes.
