Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 Very Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Cups Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Sultanas (or choc chips)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl
  3. Add the oats and combine, fold in the sultanas
  4. Add a sprinkle of salt and cinnamon
  5. Place on baking paper, and flatten out with the back of a spoon. Should make ~ 12 cookies
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes

Notes:

Can try grinding one cup of the oats into flour first
